Diverse Technical Experience: Over the past 25 years, I have obtained a significant amount of hands-on experience in product testing, product design and development, laboratory supervision, test equipment design, fabrication and installation, test procedure development, product validation, and supplier test correlations. Six Sigma Green Belt certified and have applied DFSS to significantly reduce product assembly processing time and improve operator safety.  Authored and/or approved detailed SOR's, SSTS, CTS, and DFMEA and PMEA for each subsystem and component as required.

Proven Record – Across All Major Corporate Functions:  Comprehensive understanding of virtually all corporate departments including Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Validation.  Record of rapidly increasing staff productivity, reducing product costs, accelerating delivery on new products, on-time execution, and reducing warranty costs.   Championed revenue-focused approaches to product decisions that increased their contribution margins and grew corporate profits.

Supplier Assessments and Development: Conducted many supplier plant and process assessments, managed new supplier development, and worked to improve supplier quality.  Participated in supplier price negotiations and piece cost analysis. Experience with a large supplier base which includes suppliers in China, Korea, Germany, Sweden, India, and Australia.
